How many spotlights do I have to run?
We recommend that you be in the spotlight a minimum of 12 times during a 7 day period. You can choose to run every week, every other week or once a month, it's up to you. Frequency is key to successful exposure. The more your spotlight is heard, the greater the impact. Band Spotlights will put your name and music in the ears of millions.
Does SoldOutTour.com share in my success?
Spiritually yes, financially no. All we do is produce Band Spotlights. All the great things that happen from running your Band Spotlights are yours. You've earned it.
How do I get started?
Click here to upload an mp3 of a song you want featured along with 5 lines of promotional copy/information about your band. Be sure all mp3's are high quality mp3 (128 or 256 kbps). Make sure your copy includes band name, web site or other information you want plugged. We'll produce your Band Spotlight then e-mail it back to you. It doesn't hit the air till we get your approval. How do I pay for Band Spotlights?
By personal check, money order, PayPal, or with any of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card.
How soon can I get on the air?
Usually within a few days. We have spots running continuously and can plug you right in.
What information should I put in my spotlight?
Definitely your band's name, your web site, and the title of your CD. You may want to include how fans can buy your merchandise, where you'll be playing, or even a call for a new singer or drummer. Use your imagination. Be as creative as you want.
What will running Band Spotlights actually do for my band?
For starters, you get your music played on a major commercial rock station, like WRXK (KROCK, NYC) for example. Try to do that on your own! You can book more, bigger and better gigs. What venue wouldn't want to hire you when you're promoting the show on the radio? You can drive more traffic to your web site, sell your merchandise and get more fans at your gigs.
Is there a spotlight production charge?
Our production charge for spotlights is only $20. We will do it as many times as it takes to get it right with no additional cost.
